Housing

The schools provide teachers with free housing, usually a semi-furnished, single studio apartment, often in the same building or area where many other foreign teachers live.  The furnishings provided will differ from school to school, although it's standard for an apartment to include a bed, gas stove, telephone and refrigerator.  Semi-furnished apartments may also, but not necessarily, include a TV, VCR, pots, pans, book cases, dressers, etc.  Contact a teacher at any prospective school and he or she can tell you about the apartments and different furnishings offered by that particular school.
